I was born in the early 80’s in a small village in Bhaktapur District and spent my childhood with the majority of people with a regular job and a comfortable life pattern. Where doing business is seen as a risky game. I started my career in marketing, and throughout this journey of 20 years, I turned out to be an entrepreneur. Down the line, the ABI group comes into existence. ABI Group owns an educational institute, a hospitality service provider, and a food technology company.
From what I understand, entrepreneurship is different from business, although they look similar. Finding your passion and finding what you really want to do, and the execution of your plans with an exit plan as well, will make you a success. As there is no formula for success in business, it varies according to the time, but I always say wear a CAP for a successful plan, which stands for C-Consistency, A-Action, and P-Positive mindset. If you make a continuous effort towards the plan you have with positive thinking and being optimistic, you will definitely hit the bulls eye. No business is established overnight. It takes at least 3-5 years to reach the stable phase, exactly like the proverb "Rome was not built in a day".
You will get a chance to identify your passion, plan and execute, handle failure and correct yourself, trust your teamwork with full focus on team building and growth. A journey of a thousand miles starts with the first step you take, and every invention is made in your mind before it comes into existence.
For me, a cup of coffee is not the mix of some beans and hot water, but rather a perfect stir with the presence of mind and feelings.
